Peter is an avid golfer and Mid-Westerner that has willingly embraced the California Lifestyle with the exception of compromising on his loyalty to the Chicago Cubs and his love of cheese curds. As Cibo’s Senior Director of User Experience and Strategy, Peter leads the User Experience practice that delivers brand experiences and services to help people and businesses thrive. At his core, he considers himself a customer experience strategist who believes that highly effective experiences, products, and services require insight into the intersection of design, business, technology and the user.
Peter has more than 19 years of experience turning complex problems into simple and engaging customer experiences through simple, elegant designs grounded in customer insights for Fortune 1000 clients and products. He has worked with a wide range of brands including Express, Sears, Kraft, Amway, McDonalds, Wrigley, and Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield to name a few. Prior to joining Cibo, Peter was Director of User Experience and Strategy at ICF Olson based out of in Chicago.
