Michael Conti

Creative Director

As an Italian who grew up on the West Coast, you’ll find Michael still dreaming about all things Italy, from savory panna cottas to the works of Giovanni Pintori. At Cibo, he leads our team with his blend of passion, insight, and design sensibility. Regardless of the medium, he always brings a twist of innovation to our thinking and beauty to our work. To say he’s worked with a diverse range of clients is an understatement. Michael has crafted beautiful brand experiences for the likes of Gap, PBS, Room and Board, Salesforce, Subaru, Tesla Motors, Room and Board, and Stanford University just to name a few.

Michael began his career as a typographer customizing typefaces, then went on to serve as Principal Art Director at Clement Mok Designs (later Studio Archetype and then Sapient), followed by a tenure at Gap, where he successfully led their brand design team across all marketing channels. Prior to Cibo, Michael played a key role in shaping the creative direction for Storied, a mobile-first publishing system for the modern age. In his downtime, you’ll probably find Michael at a local café strategizing how to launch our Cibo office in Florence, Italy.

Cibo is proud to announce that we are now part of the projekt202 family.
